Next: ongoing monthly support
A regular relationship that keeps the details moving.
After your Financial Organization Package, choose the level of ongoing involvement that fits your needs. Both monthly plans support financial-administrative oversight; bill payment is one possible part of the work. We agree on responsibilities, review frequency, communication, and cost together.
Need help with one specific task?
Small Project Assistance — starting at $300
One-time help for a clearly defined, limited project, such as setting up one filing routine, a simple budget tracker, or a specific bill-management process. We agree on the task, deliverables, and cost before work begins, then provide a practical handoff.
For a broader review and organization of your financial life, start with the $500 Financial Organization Package.
Software subscriptions or third-party fees are discussed separately.

Clear communication along the way.
You will receive regular updates describing work completed, upcoming responsibilities, and items that need your attention. With your written permission, reports may also be shared with designated family members or trusted professionals, helping everyone stay informed while you remain in control.
Bill payment within broader oversight includes preparing selected payments for review and approval while tracking related records, due dates, and questions.
Comprehensive bill pay may include routine payment administration under a written authorization and approval policy.
Fraud awareness and account oversight may help identify activity that needs attention, but cannot prevent or guarantee detection of fraud. Suspected concerns are brought to the client’s attention and, when authorized, coordinated with designated family, the financial institution, or an appropriate professional.
Medical billing support focuses on organization, tracking, and routine follow-up. Complex claims or formal appeals may require a separate scope of service.
Executor administrative support is organizational and administrative assistance. Senior Financial Concierge Services does not serve as the executor or provide legal representation, tax preparation, or estate-planning advice.
Senior living transition support may include cost organization, education about potential resources, scenario comparisons, recommended administrative next steps, and coordination with qualified professionals. It does not include arranging loans, selling insurance, preparing benefit claims, recommending investments or care settings, or providing legal, tax, insurance-product, lending, investment, or benefits-eligibility advice.
