Please do not send sensitive information through ordinary email.
Do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, PINs, security codes, medical records, or copies of identification in an initial email or website inquiry. We will discuss an appropriate way to exchange information if it is needed.
Information we may receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, preferred method of communication, and a general description of the assistance you are seeking. If you become a client, additional financial, household, insurance, medical-billing, estate-organization, or other information may be provided as necessary for the services you authorize.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether our services may be appropriate, provide authorized services, maintain business and service records, communicate with people you authorize, and meet applicable professional, legal, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.
Client control and authorization
You remain in control of your accounts and information. Access is limited to what is reasonably needed for the authorized service. We do not ask clients to surrender ownership or control of financial accounts. Authorization may be changed or withdrawn, subject to obligations that must be completed or records that must be retained.
Sharing and professional coordination
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with family members, fiduciaries, financial institutions, or other professionals only as authorized by the client or as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect a person from suspected abuse or exploitation, or to protect legal rights and safety.
Digital accounts and credentials
When account access is necessary, institution-approved delegated, agent, or authorized-user access is preferred whenever available. Secure password-manager sharing may be used when appropriate, and multifactor authentication is respected rather than bypassed. Passwords, PINs, and recovery codes should not be placed in ordinary documents, email, or text messages. Access should be removed when it is no longer needed.
Service providers and technology
We may use carefully selected technology and service providers for communication, website inquiry delivery, organization, recordkeeping, security, or other business functions. These providers operate under their own privacy and security terms. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Records and retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service relationship, business records, professional obligations, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or insurance requirements. Records and access that are no longer needed are handled in accordance with the firm’s procedures and the terms of the client service agreement.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information we maintain, request corrections, update communication preferences, or ask questions about how information is handled. Some records may need to be retained even after a service relationship ends. Client-specific responsibilities and information practices are also addressed in the written service agreement.
This general website notice is provided for transparency and does not replace the terms of a signed client service agreement or create contractual rights. Privacy and security practices may be updated as services, technology, or legal requirements change.
