Estate and legacy organization

Make important information easier for the people you trust to find.

We bring estate and legacy information into one clear, practical system so clients and authorized loved ones know what exists, where it is located, who needs to know, and what may need attention. This includes practical continuity information for everyday life as well as records needed during a transition.

Personal, practical support

Help that respects your independence.

Initial estate and legacy organization creates a reference that we can maintain through your ongoing financial-administration plan as documents, accounts, beneficiaries, property, contacts, and preferences change. For most clients, start with the Financial Organization Package at $500, followed by optional Essential Support at $300/month or Concierge Support at $500/month. Estate & Executor Assistance for an executor or family starts at $750; additional work is priced by scope. It can also provide a stronger foundation during a move to senior living, when bills, insurance information, recurring expenses, household financial responsibilities, and trusted contacts may all need attention.

Support is available in clients’ homes throughout Hampton Roads and remotely by phone, video, or secure digital methods when an in-person visit is not needed.

Support may include

  • Creating an inventory of estate documents and their locations
  • Organizing financial accounts, ownership details, and beneficiaries
  • Recording attorneys, accountants, advisors, and trusted contacts
  • Organizing insurance, property, healthcare, and household information
  • Documenting digital-account and emergency-access arrangements
  • Preparing financial continuity instructions so a chosen helper knows which bills, routines, and contacts need attention
  • Coordinating acceptance of existing POAs, obtaining institution-specific forms, and tracking responses with your attorney and named agent
  • Providing executor support with financial records, bills, account inventories, document tracking, and coordination with the estate’s attorney and tax professional
  • Identifying missing information and questions for qualified professionals
How it works

A clear, comfortable process.

You remain in control. Responsibilities, permissions, communication, and costs are agreed upon before work begins.

Gather what exists

We work together to locate and categorize the information already available.

Create a useful summary

The information is organized into a clear reference for the client and authorized trusted people.

Keep it current

Agreed ongoing reviews keep the record current, track missing information, and follow up with authorized professionals as circumstances change.

This is an organizational and administrative support service. We do not serve as the client’s POA agent or fiduciary, draft POAs, or provide legal advice. It is not estate planning, legal representation, tax preparation, or service as the executor, and it does not replace advice from an attorney, tax professional, financial advisor, or insurance professional.
