Someone keeping up with the details.

Bills, statements, insurance correspondence, and requests from professionals keep arriving. SFCS provides an ongoing relationship to help you review them, track what needs attention, and follow through.

We start by understanding your routines and organizing the information needed to support them. Then we maintain records, track obligations and unresolved matters, review account activity within your authorization, and report on progress. Bill payment is one part of this broader financial-administrative work.

You receive regular updates on work completed, upcoming responsibilities, and decisions that need your attention. With your permission, we coordinate with your attorney, CPA, financial advisor, care manager, and other professionals. You retain control of your money and decisions.

Hi, I’m Wayne Creef, founder of Senior Financial Concierge Services.

After more than 30 years as a financial advisor specializing in retirement planning, I founded this business to provide experienced, dependable help with the everyday financial details that can gradually become overwhelming. I spent more than 20 years serving clients at Merrill Lynch and concluded my financial-advising career at Raymond James.

You know the sense of relief you feel after finally organizing a room that has become cluttered—or cleaning out a pantry and discovering that everything is easier to find? The room hasn’t changed size, but it feels calmer, more useful, and easier to manage. Your financial life can feel the same way.

Over the years, bills, statements, insurance paperwork, online accounts, passwords, automatic payments, and important documents can accumulate. Even when everything is basically under control, keeping track of it all can become tiring.

I help older adults organize and simplify those everyday financial details. That may include sorting financial mail, establishing a bill-payment system, organizing medical bills, reviewing household records, documenting online accounts, or creating a clear inventory of estate and legacy information.

If ongoing help would make life easier, I can also assist with routine bills, records, follow-up, and regular reporting. That can include reviewing account activity and bringing unusual or unfamiliar transactions to your attention—adding another layer of awareness while you remain in control.

We can meet in your home when hands-on assistance is helpful, or work remotely when an in-person visit isn’t necessary. You remain in control of your money, accounts, and decisions. My role is to provide practical, dependable support based on what you need and how involved you want to remain.

The goal is simple: a financial life that feels organized, manageable, and easier to navigate. That’s financial confidence for aging well.

When you’re helping an aging parent or another loved one, financial responsibilities can gradually become part of your life too.

At first, it may be one bill or an insurance question. Before long, you may be sorting mail, tracking medical statements, checking due dates, organizing important documents, or trying to understand what still needs attention—all while balancing your own work and family.

I understand that experience personally. At one point, I was helping one of my children transition to college while also helping my parents move into senior living and supporting them through chronic health challenges.

That experience showed me how quickly financial paperwork, medical information, household responsibilities, and important decisions can accumulate during a demanding season of life. It also taught me how valuable calm, organized, dependable support can be.

I’m Wayne Creef, founder of Senior Financial Concierge Services. After more than 30 years as a financial advisor specializing in retirement planning—including more than 20 years serving clients at Merrill Lynch and concluding my financial-advising career at Raymond James—I understand how important experience, trust, and dependable follow-through are to families.

I help organize bills and financial mail, maintain important records, track medical bills and long-term care insurance claims, document online accounts, and keep estate and legacy information current and easier to locate. Ongoing support can also include reviewing account activity and flagging unusual or unfamiliar transactions for the client and, with permission, designated family members.

During a move to senior living, I can help organize the financial details, compare costs and potential resources, and coordinate information with authorized family members and qualified professionals. After the loss of a loved one, I can also provide executor administrative support—organizing records, bills, account information, deadlines, and outstanding tasks for the executor and the estate’s professional advisors.

With the client’s written permission, I can provide regular updates to designated family members while respecting the older adult’s independence and control. You don’t have to manage every detail alone. My role is to bring organization, consistency, and dependable follow-through to the responsibilities your family is carrying.

If you’re an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, insurance professional, senior-living professional, or care manager, you’ve probably worked with clients who need more than professional advice. They may understand what needs to be done but struggle with the organization and follow-through required between meetings.

I’m Wayne Creef, founder of Senior Financial Concierge Services. After more than 30 years as a financial advisor specializing in retirement planning—including more than 20 years serving clients at Merrill Lynch and concluding my financial-advising career at Raymond James—I understand the importance of experienced, dependable follow-through. My personal experience helping my own parents transition into senior living while our family navigated chronic health challenges also gives me an understanding of the family side of these responsibilities.

I provide practical financial organization and daily money-management support that complements the work of a client’s existing professional team.

I help clients organize financial mail and records, establish bill-payment systems, track medical bills and long-term care insurance claims, maintain online-account inventories, and keep estate and legacy information organized and current. Services may also include documented account oversight and prompt escalation of unusual activity within the client’s written authorization.

I also assist families during senior-living transitions by organizing costs, financial resources, benefit information, outstanding responsibilities, and questions for the appropriate professionals.

For executors, I provide administrative support by organizing estate records, account information, bills, correspondence, deadlines, and open action items. This can give attorneys and tax professionals clearer, more complete information while reducing the organizational burden on the family.

My role is administrative and organizational. I do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial-planning advice, and I do not serve as the executor.

With the client’s authorization, I communicate with designated family members and professional advisors and provide clear documentation of the work completed. The goal is to become a dependable extension of the client’s support team—helping ensure that important details don’t fall through the cracks.

More than 30 years of financial-advisor experience.

After more than 30 years as a financial advisor specializing in retirement planning, I founded Senior Financial Concierge Services to make ongoing financial administration the focus: the records, responsibilities, questions, and follow-through that need attention between professional appointments.

I spent more than 20 years serving clients at Merrill Lynch and concluded my financial-advising career at Raymond James. Throughout those years, I helped individuals and families prepare for retirement and navigate the financial decisions that often accompany life’s transitions.

This work is personal to me. At one point, I was helping my daughter move into her college dorm while also helping my parents move into a senior living community and supporting them through chronic health challenges. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the financial, administrative, and emotional demands families face—and how valuable calm, practical support can be.

Financial administration is the heart of SFCS. I build ongoing relationships with clients, working in their homes or remotely to keep financial details current and unresolved matters moving forward. With permission, I complement the work of attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, care managers, and other professionals. They continue to provide professional advice; my role is administrative follow-through. SFCS does not provide investment advice or manage investments.
