Daily Money Management

Daily Money Management is practical, ongoing help with everyday financial paperwork and responsibilities. After the $500 Financial Organization Package, choose Essential Support at $300/month or Concierge Support at $500/month. We review what comes in, maintain records, track obligations and outstanding matters, and follow up regularly. Bill payment fits within that broader responsibility, under your written authorization and approval process.

  • Maintaining clear financial records and account information
  • Monitoring budgets, cash flow, and unusual activity
  • Providing regular reports to the client and, with written permission, authorized family or professionals
How it works

A clear, comfortable process.

You remain in control. Responsibilities, permissions, communication, and costs are agreed upon before work begins.

Understand the need

We assess the client’s current routines and organize paper records, digital information, and open matters into a working starting point.

Agree on responsibilities

The service plan defines what will be handled, how approvals work, and how information will be protected.

Keep the details moving

We organize, track, follow up, and report regularly while the client remains in control.

Oversight means agreed administrative review and follow-through, not investment management or fiduciary authority. Bill payment requires written authorization. We can coordinate acceptance of existing POAs and obtain institution-specific forms, but do not serve as your POA agent or fiduciary.
